Size & Style
Size of arrangement is shown as H (height) x W (width) x D (dimension). All measurements are approximate.

“Round” = You can view this arrangement from 360” angle like a table centerpiece.
“Three sided” = You can view this arrangement from three sides. Suitable as corner or wall side arrangement.
“Two sided” = View only from front and back.
“Irregular” or “Asymmetrical” = Shape of arrangement is irregular or asymmetrical.
“Horizontal” = Width of arrangement is longer than its dimension and looks horizontal from front.
“Vertical” = Vertical shape of arrangement.


Greeting Card and Bow Offer
If you requested a greeting card with your order, it will also come with a bow free of charge. However, the color, size and style of the bow will be determined by SilkFlowerDesign.com.


How to Order
Just click the "view" button to see a larger picture of the item you are interested in. Then, when you are ready, press the "buy" button next to the product that you would like and follow the easy made instructions. You will be given an area to enter your billing and shipping address. If your shipping address is different from your billing address, please make sure the check box is NOT selected on the shipping address section. Once you order your product and press the checkout button, you will be prompted to review your order and shipping information. At this time, please make sure everything is correct before you process your order and payment. When everything is completed, you will receive an automated order confirmation by email.

When ordering, you may select multiple products, however, we can only ship to one address at a time. If you have more than one shipping address, you will need to place a separate order for each address being shipped to.

IMPORTANT: If you made a mistake on your order, please contact us immediately. Many times we ship as soon as we get an order. Once the order has been processed, we cannot stop the shipping process.


Payment
We accept Visa, Master Card, American Express and Discover. At this time, we do not process credit card information from overseas accounts.

This site is secured by QuickSSL and utilizes 128-bit SSL certificates thereby offering the highest level of encryption or security possible. This means you can rest assured that communications between your browser and our web servers are private and secure.


Shipping
Shipments take about 4-10 business days by UPS ground delivery unless you request another shipping method. Shipping and handling fees apply to every order and are shown during the order process. Shipping areas include the United States only.

IMPORTANT
1. Most orders are shipped within 72-hours after purchase, except Saturdays, Sundays and holidays.

2. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or FPO/APO addresses

3. 2nd Day Air packages are delivered by the end of the second business day,
and are not delivered on weekends.

4. All 2nd day shipping orders placed will be shipped the next business day.

5. An additional service fee of $10 will be charged if an incorrect shipping address is provided.

6. We do not guarantee shipping arrival time


International Shipping
Sorry, at this time, we only ship within the United States.


Sales Tax
All Texas residents are required to pay sales tax on products purchased through our Web site.


Return Policy
If you're not satisfied with our product for any reason, return it within 14-days from the original purchase date on your invoice. All returned products must be in original selling condition and include original packaging and tags, or no refund will be granted. As soon as we receive the returned product, we'll refund you the total cost of the product less shipping and handling and restocking fees. Refunds will be credited to your credit card account within 30 days of receipt.
